You’ve clearly never been to Dubai and seen the women there. They’re the epitome of the western concept of liberation.

And as far as Saudi goes, they’re evil in many ways, but women there are living mostly happy and healthy lives.

Can’t say the same for the men, particularly the poorer ones.

So what we get here in the media is mostly bullshit? Women can do same things men can do? And no, never been. I drink. Especially on vacation. If I can’t do that, I’m not visiting. That would include dry counties here in the us.

You can drink in Dubai, sweets. And for a bitcoiner who promotes the idea that media narratives are bullshit, I’m surprised to hear that from you.

I expect them to be bullshit most of the time. But when it comes to reporting Middle East, I thought they might be more truthful. Guess not. So what are the alcohol restrictions in Dubai? Pretty much the only place I would visit.

Let me tell you something: the media, when reporting the Middle East, is at the height of its BS. Bullshitting on steroids. And for someone with no experience with the area, it’s easy to fall for it.

Dubai has great nightlife. Good combination of eastern and western culture. Good food, drinks, shopping, people, service, and entertainment.

Not surprised because of the near zero possibility to verify anything as a common westerner and especially because of the $200bn motivation to keep the US pleb angry towards the Middle East.
