2 carbs as low as possible, zero best
3 intermittent fasting, lower the times you eat as much as it comfortable.
4 bonus point!
Try getting high quality food, if you can afford it.
Luckily we do many of these things in my family. Iām looking to add healthy weight.
I think 2 is a bit more important than 1 but surely, one is important too.
3 only works if you're on a crappy diet. On carnivore, unnatural fasting is detrimental.
Yes, on carnivore eating once every other day feels natural for me š
Seed oil and sugar are very close, but you could tolerate sugar if you eat once a day, and if you have no insulin resistance.
But the seed oils are really bad however you eat them š±
