Nostr is going to need governance and a foundation in order to succeed.
Growth and feature development will not be sustainable otherwise.

There are many models. Right now we are a do-ocracy, which works in early days. There will need to be someone more formal at some point to avoid feature creep and simultaneously small contributors being ignored. I don't propose any specific model, I just see the need for transparent procedure happening as things grow.
