You can use https://npub.cash/ for that. But then the reciever shall claim it afterwards of course.
Sorry left out the main part. You lock the payment for the others public key, so it can only be unlocked with the corresponding privatekey. So in theory only the other person has access to it.

Thank you! I really need your advice. I added my Lightning address (catoshi@bitrefill.me) to YakiHonne a few days ago, but it doesn't seem to be working. I can't zap others or receive zaps. Should I try using a different Lightning address provider?
Yes, I would try using a different Lightning address. (I’m not familiar with bitrefill’s configuration, or I’d try to troubleshoot that too).
Alby is an easy (but custodial) solution, as is Wallet of Satoshi (if you’re outside of the USA).
Also — adding a Lightning address is only the receiving part. To send zaps… it depends on which client you’re using. But most will either “open” your Lightning wallet, or, if the client supports NWC (Nostr Wallet Connect), you can integrate certain Lightning wallets directly with your nostr client.
