Strange. Where are you trying to pay from?
Minibits, but the message is allready in amethyst.
Could be temporary, I just tested from the same wallet and it worked ok

It doesn't seem to be a wallet issue, as the failure message allready pops up in amethyst.
No issues zapping other people btw.
