Never has been and never will be. Some have to be allowed to vaporize debt into oblivion. & being stigmatized during this process by society while fulfilling a very important fiat systemic function UNTIL THE ENTITIY IS ALLOWED TO DIE.
That right is only reserved for people that gamble away HUGE amounts of other people's money
