Did he say something retarded recently aside from "pay for your pizza with dollars, keep the bitcoin?"
Oh I see. Yeah he's been a bit inconsistent on like 3 or 4 things.
0) "There's always gonna be a government,"
1) "You want to ban lending?!" when no, Saif said he thinks the natural nominal interest rate might eventually go to 0 on a Bitcoin standard,
2) "Keep the bitcoin, spend dollars," and now
3) "Proof of reserves would be too much of a security risk."
Yes I number starting at 0, deal with it.
Things 0 and 2, I attributed to him being a Trojan horse for normie capitalists and governments, to appear like more of an opportunity and less of a threat to them. Thing 1 was like his brain broke and couldn't comprehend and didn't want to comprehend or endorse what Saif was saying because his whole goal was to create a Bitcoin financial services company, the biggest bitcoin bank in the world. Thing 3 now... maybe he meant it's a risk right now? but that's really sketchy.
