Question: If a majority of US states adopted BTC as legal tender, would that accelerate adoption?
Discussion
Everything is good for Bitcoin.
Legislatively they would probably aim for paper adoption via ETFs. So yes but probably not in the best of ways.
Definitely a step in the right direction 🚀
Would probably help, but would such a move eliminate the requirement to pay federal cap gains taxes on btc purchases?
They would need to build a wall to stop the flood of plebs and brain gain.
Remove Capital Gains from Bitcoin usage and adoption will accelerate.
Keep printing more more more fiat and the same thing will happen.
If we are so condition to seek approval from a government agency for doing the right thing, they we are doomed.
I think the question should be:
Will the majority of Americans tell the government to f--- off and start accepting BTC as legal tender for their personal dealings?
