I played around with the shopping cart. The windows 11 deal is rough imo.
Maybe I feel like there is a future without Windows or maybe I’m a retard.
Linux is the way.
I'm very tempted. They prob need to make a model with even more ram now that there are Mac pros with 512gb
Yeah the Ryzen AI's only support up to 128GB LPDDR5 I think.
Get a laptop.
Pass. The last pre-built PC I had was the one my parents bought when I was a kid. Build your own and buy sats with the extra cash.

The Ryzen AI stuff is intriguing, but I think I need a platform that can support more memory.
Certainly mileage will vary. For that power profile its better than i was expecting . I don't want to pull another circuit lol. I have a old supermicro server for heavy ai lift... But it takes its own circuit. Love seeing them getting that much out of basically a mobile chip/board
