Have you ever done addy or ritalin? I have (over the years as well as few hours ago, hence the post). And it sickens me that a 2 yr old can too. Or a 10 yr old. Or even 16 yr old. Like for fucking real. There is zero reason to put a child on speed. Literally no different than giving em a line of meth or coke. Maybe worse.

And for me, I most certainly do judge parents who do this. Yes, they are ill informed as well, but, thats a major failure as a parent.

I know about these medicines only from movies. Where I live, it's pretty hard to get a prescription even for antibiotics. Mostly it's a mix of self-healing combined with a plant-based medicine combination. Does the kid have a fever? Over 38.5°C (101.3°F), you can give Paracetamol to your kid. Other than that, tea, honey and rest. And some honey and plant-based candies for the throat pain.

PS: But I know what speed is, so I can imagine. 😂

Sadly, in the US, children, particularly boys, are drugged up as early as possible. Years back a girl I was dating, had a two yr old on anti-anxiety meds. 2 yrs olds dont have anxiety, but moms might and they push their issues onto their childen (munchausens by proxy). And school is not good for children either, so when they 'act out' due to bordom, they get labelled ADD / ADHD, and thats when the stims come out. Besides my own first hand experience with modern chemistry, I have also witnessed children on these same drugs. And its truly criminal. And then there is the over use of SSRIs ( prozac and such), that add a layer of literal homicidal thoughts to a speed freak child. Its seriously fucking insane what is done to and / or pushed onto children here. 72 jabs, potent stimulants, mind melting SSRIs, and then the shit in food marketed to childen. And worse, noone here I tell these things to even fucking cares. Its all 'you dont have kids, you dont understand' type shit. Nah, they dont understand. A parent has one duty. The child's health well being

Yeah... I think my "don't judge how other parents raise their kids" policy is shaking. 🤦

I honestly try not to judge, cuz yes I have no children so what so what do I truly know about raising one. But some shit I just cannot be cool with or stay quiet about.
