Nothing that you said is accurate.
There are moral laws that usurp legal laws when legal laws attempt to trump morality.
So, not all legal laws are legal.

God's Law is moral law. And any law created by man that runs contrary to that is illegitimate, which accounts for 99.999% of man's laws.
