I'm excited what this will do to the housing/renting markets.
Once owning a house for renting out is a losing investment, everybody will try to get rid of houses 🏘️
Homelessness will finally be solved, as rent will approach zero in BTC terms
Using houses for finance is primitive and damaging to society
but maybe the will be no more renting at all 🤔
Why would you want to be a landlord if you could have the money that's bound in the building in Bitcoin 🤷♂️
Maybe 50 years in the future, we could have super cheap Houses and no renting 😋
