My wife found a 1965 GE deluxe Toast R Oven from the thrift store for $2. It is all metal, chrome, with a glass front window that opens up while the tray slides out when the toast is done. It is gorgeous sixties design and works way better than current toasters, plus it can bake!
Cuz toasting each side separately and crumbs getting everywhere is sooooo cutting edge๐
Yea much better for the crumbs to fall inside the toaster and catch it on fire.
That's what the removable crumb tray is for. Lame take dude. Can do 4 slices at a time, both sides, with the one at my house. And easily and neatly dump the crumbs in the trash. But that's clearly a much worse idea.
What a piece of crap. It doesn't even connect to the internet or have Bluetooth like all the latest Wal-Mart disposable appliances! ๐
