I like the idea of the power cure / power law and this is my favorite tool to fiddle with. Fred Krueger and Ben Sigman - both on Twitter - made it. You can get the app as well - it’s free.

- The model price is the key.

- It goes up about $90 a day at the current rate.

- The multiplier tells you how far ahead of the model we are.

- Then you can click on the graph and pull the line back and forth to see what the power curve should be and the low and high band at the same date.

There are other fun things in there two. I can see it as a great way to orange pill someone who understands CAGR.

Time will tell if this model continues to hold. I hope it does.

He’s greedy, which is really unfortunate given that he likely has 2,000 coins. When the price spiked earlier this he said he made 10 million and the price had gone up by 5k, and someone did the obvious math.

I know he’s done some shitcoining.

But I still learn a lot from him.

Years ago I kept listening to the Tim Ferris podcast even though he grated on my nerves. He had some great guests. That’s when I realized that if I wanted to keep learning I probably had to endure “the medium” at times.

And yes, I wonder what Giovanni thinks of Fred popularizing this.
