Bitcoin 401K provider: Empower.com ??

We were out of the country and my former craptastic employer decided to give a couple weeks notice that my (partial) 401K I have with them is moving providers and there is a month blackout period until the end of the month.

Regardless, the former provider had no access to the Bitcoin ETFs or MSTR and I can't find anywhere if this move will allow me to invest in any Bitcoin ETFs or MSTR.

Is anyone else in this situation where their company uses Empower.com to service their 401Ks?

Yes, I have moved most of the 401K to Fidelity to get around this but I was using this to pay bills.
