There's no such thing. If the state wants you violent, they'll make you violent.

This implies that the state has more power over me than I myself.
Not intentionally, though that might be true. I meant that they can (and do) have their police attack the peaceful protesters, then have their media call the protesters violent. Or just have the media say they are violent - the state has a narrative to legitimize its own violence.
