This JAM CoinJoin earned me 157 sats, not much I know, but the real value is the fact it's made a portion of my own stack more private.

Super based. Is JAM pretty active now that there is no competition?
There is always a few hundred counterparties & you have to be very careful with those fees for sure when conjoining to other pots or conjoining out of Jam - TBH I need to test it far more to form a better opinion.
For now, it's a nice place to store my BTC to a level high enough before I conjoin it out to cold.
How do I get started learning how to use this?
