When you're following a diet, you're limiting yourself. There are things you want to eat, but you don’t allow yourself to. You try to force this diet into your life, convincing yourself it’s for your health. But the body doesn’t work that way — it craves what it thinks is good.
The key is to understand which foods are best and to eat those. When you choose the best foods, you won't want anything less. Pick a few foods that fully meet your body's needs and stick with them.
I don't limit myself. I can eat anything. But I choose to eat only the best foods, like beef, eggs, cheese, and fish.
