it depends on each case!
when i introduce MB to my clients it’s only when they show signs of truly being able to benefit from it:
-getting little colds often
-not able to endure cold season well
-brain fog / headaches / poor memory retention
-using tons of coffee to get thru the day
to name a few.
next i have them muscle test it for themselves. finally i have them use the dropper if they are on a budget or use troches when they have unlimited spending (you can find the link in my linktree) i trust compass labs the most with liquid MB. always start my clients on 0.5 concentration.
start with a few drops on the tongue, usually in place of a coffee or stimulant if that’s the case, right before sitting to do a bunch of work. gradually increase to a full dropper (each day can incr) noticing how the body is affected each step along the way. find the perfect dose for what you’re using it for.
however, some awesome use cases are also -when going thru an airport
-when fasting
-when mildly sick or feeling the onset of it
in these cases i advise a full dropper or more. MB has amazing results in both nnemf protection and cleansing the body of things you just don’t want.
like anything, after taking daily for 3 months, take a few weeks break . notice how your body responds . maybe go for it in moderation or another 3 month period or none.
