While I do agree that neither eyes nor breasts should be anything to feel is an acomplishment, and I'd agree real accomplishments and the praise there of is far more meaningful... I think many people feel better about themselves the more physically attractive they are. Maybe this is a bad thing, but I think most people feel better when they think others see them as beautiful.
