I still have an X account, though I don't and have never followed Musk (both because I wasn't ever interested in his autism posting and also because anything important he posts will always get reposted by someone else into my feed). I can still respect his achievements though.
I'm cool with people dunking on Musk as a businessman/ engineer if they were *always* doing it though. People selling their Teslas because Musk suddenly has different politics to them is pretty pathetic.

Yeah, I'm just trying to be even handed and I have defended him on here which perhaps has made me look like an Elon stan using nostr.
Why bother?
Some may have valid reason to vent
Not sure if he is deserved or in need of more defense is all
Why bother using social media at all, if not to post opinions? We could all just make blogs without comment sections if we just want to shout into space. It's healthy to be challenged on our beliefs.
I have had my opinion changed on certain things via discussion on social media (though I accept that is probably rare and most people are not ever changing their opinions on anything).
