Exactly, right there.
Before I could see tweets from people, now they are usually "bots" that upload the same thing.
So this is part of the relays. When you get paid relays they will filter out most of that. If you use public relays the work around is follow lots of users - work out of the home feed - find new users they interact with in ‘posts and replies’.
Is there a website with some sort of relay rankings to compare?

You might want to try nostr.wine I use it and like it a lot, it filters out all spam. 🤙
