The copyright issues are still difficult, especially if you like to build it with Torrent which kinda makes every participant a a distributor...

If something contains copyrighted material we just have to judge it on a fair use basis, or check if YouTube lets people use the same material

But youtube pays a fixed amount to the copyright agencies already, a new player on the market will have problems to at least get similar conditions

Nah, once they let people use it on YouTube they lose the court of public opinion on the same kind of sharing forever
