Be careful about concentrates. If you sat down with a bowl of the listed superfoods could you eat the same amount contained in a dose? If not, it’s a bad idea. Remember most food extracts are toxic at high concentrations.

No doubt, I’m certainly not trying to rain on your parade. I just think it’s important to eat food whole. Our bodies are amazing at maintaining health if we eat the foods we evolved to eat. No one would eat sugar cane. No one would eat sugar beets in large quantity either, same with corn syrup etc. We drink these things, get problems and try to fix the problems by eating other concentrated things we would never eat in those quantities. Why are you sick? Hmmm. Not a huge mystery. I’d ask that people look at this industry objectively and turn a blind eye to business opportunities when while you’re pondering the benefits. Did you know that cows can starve or get bloat and scours both from eating grass grown in different circumstances? Don’t you think that same maxim holds true for supplements?
