What kind? Walmart sells the ivermectin lice cream… the oral stuff I think you need a prescription from a vet and doctor depending on which type you want

jasemedical.com - required prescriptions can be issued online - no hassle. Expensive but quality products. I’ve bought and used antibiotics from them (middle of nowhere backpacking off grid). They sell ivermectin.
There are a couple options on there. Ivermectin and ivermectin/mebendazole. I need it for its anti-inflammatory properties.
