I just upload videos to my own private hosting server… By the way nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s it would be amazing if an API could be provided for how nostr.build manages this so we can self host easily and transparently within Damus.
