Can someone help a dummy like me w a quick question? Is there a reason mempool.space shows high priority at 17-20 sats/vB, and on sparrow just to move 0.01 BTC for example is showing around 40 sats/vB (estimating like 30 bucks to move 250$)?

I think it’s their fee estimation algorithm. It feels like it is slow updating fees as it’s taking into account past fees and those keep their estimates high for longer than necessary.
The worst part is that it does not let you set a fee below their slow transaction estimate.
The value of the transaction doesn't matter it's the size whitch is determined by the number of inputs and outputs in a transaction. I believe sparrow uses mempool.space for it's fee estimation so the sat/vb should be the same. I'm seeing 22-44 on mempool.space right now
Gotcha it was just slow to update - got it thanks!
