📞 Public/Govt clinic: "we can get you in for an initial consultation in May 2025" (not the procedure, the pre-cursor appt).

📞 Private clinic: "we can do next Wednesday if that works?"

The standard of care factor and communication from the Receptionist was also far superior in the latter.
