Nostr as a Layer 2 for Lightning-like channels for P2P communication

2 peers open a channel with each other - funded with an amount of satoshis at around the dust limit and signed with their npubs.

They communicate information to each other the way Lightning partners would send Onion packets.

It’s completely encrypted and nobody can ever see the information in the packets - only that a channel is established.
