When I do protein only I feel weak after a few days those who burn 500+ a day in exercise probably need some sugar every now and then (but this is my own personal experience, every body is different)
You need animal fats as well. Carnivores get their energy from animal fats and dairy.

Fruit is too good to deny ☺️
I do love the fruits
I used to eat loads of apples, oranges , carrots and bananas.
But make sure not to get it from supermarkets. Grow them yourself or go to a farmers market. Fruit veg is laced with chemicals nowadays.
