Hello, about translation contribution why do you not use some kind of crowd translation app like amethyst do,
That will really help people to contribute easly rather than the complex work you put into the github guide
Also you can set some kind of reward for the translators contributions like you do for the stickers publishing as kind of v4v.
And im ready for help in translating if you considred opening a crowdin project of something simillar
