Very similar. I do D3 + Vit C liposomal + Zinc + K2 + salt water + Kalmegh. Kalmegh aka androphraphis is a chinese miracle drug that cures just about anything. It is alkaline and keeps your body ph in check. Plus of course grass fed beef liver. Didnt try E yet. 😀
