At my company, Upspace, we will no longer be offering 401k benefits to future employees and will instead only offer Bitcoin benefits (or something to support their local community ideally like farmers market cards if it was a thing 🧐).

To the best of our ability, we will also only hire people as contractors rather than W2 employees so that they have the right to choose if they want to pay their federal taxes rather than us automatically taking from payroll.
