I'm getting my strings changed out so it lets out kind of a roar so I can do paint it black and I can also do rockabilly. I'm solo currently, but my cousin should be coming to visit and when he does then maybe we'll sit around and play.
What about ebonising the wood?
An iron, like steel wool, vinegar solution treatment with an optional tea tannin solution step from what I read, that preserves natural grain.
