Sounds crazy, right? Spread peanut butter on the buns. Just a burger patty in the middle. Trust me.

I saw it at a burger restaurant one time, ordered it out of curiosity, loved it, and make one for myself when I’m grilling at least once a year. The pb gets all melty and accents the flavor of the burger surprisingly well.
