Yeah feeling a bit better. I see a non ER Dr. tomorrow. I'm pretty sure it's a pulled muscle in my chest. Gonna heal up then pull out the dumbbells, I need some shoulder and chest work.

I would but with Cyclone Alfred about to bear down on me….it’ll have to wait!
