No evidence that it was a false flag, but a possibility. This event plays into the hands of factions within the Russian deep state that are unsatisfied with the approach Putin has taken in the war. OTOH, if the perpetrators were in fact ISIS-affiliated, I’d definitely look outside Russia for a hidden hand.
