Them you are using the old one. That uses the General Relays section with the green envelopes and upload turned on. It's confusing, but that version will cease to exist soon.

Sorry, I meant without incognito, you are using the old NIP04 with relays from the general list (kind3) that are active for messages.

Still weird though. My replies are only being published to nostr.wine, which is why most people can't see them.

And I left only filter.nostr.wine in general relays and DM replies are posted nowhere. 🤷‍♂️
