Communication is not an act. Is an expression of an e-motion, which means a manifestation of the energies put in motion in your environment, in your relation with another, by your nourishment and other chemical reactions.

Speech cannot be put under regulations, because naturally, it has no regulations. Every expression of emotion is looking out for a response from Cosmos(Logos) to stabilize it.

We cannot put regulations on freedom of expression. We cannot judge the thought or the expression of it. Only upon actions we can regulate, simply treating them like systems overlaping.

Controlling the speech means controlling the thoughts, controlling the thoughts means controlling the mind. We cannot approve on regulations that turn people into kettle. I say there is a certain obligation we all have towards the greater good and we invite the ones sitting in positions of authority to fall in line with laws that are above us all.
