And into a custodial mint? I don't get the point? Cashu is for more privacy and cheaper transactions abstracted away from Lightning. L3 if you will.

No, it's still custodial but it brings privacy benefits.
Right right. I keep forgetting that. It's custodial, but less centralized.... So like you can have a custodial mint with your trusted friends, versus something like a muun wallet. Right?
But yes you also get the privacy benefit bc of the NUTS.
Can you help me understand this next though, I just don't get how you can...downconvert from ecash> sats (Ln) > sats (main net)
