Ok, I need some assistance and not sure to whom I should pose my question…

I have been attempting to run my relay, but have not been able…I’m missing something and haven’t been able to identify what it is.

Is there any #Nostrich that would be able to walk me through or help me identify my issue?

So far, I have installed the git from nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s, running node for self hosting, IPFS, and a Full #Bitcoin node. Using Node.js and Express.js, and PowerShell(admin) for servers.
