The marriage age is 21. What if I bribe the orphanage into getting one of their girls. Also what if I try to convince the girls parents that I am rich and from the west with a good career.
maybe the Orphan girl is a bad idea ...
what gives marriage legitimacy is her parents forcing her to do it and they cannot be questioned because that would be racist ...
if she has no parents then it's just your word but you're white and you can't play the race card ...
maybe if like her father was killed by Israel but she still has a mother and the mother can't feed her then you can work out a deal where you wife the 13 year old girl and let her mother eat potatoes or something ...
