Nice! I was able to restore my following list thanks the a well timed backup from Nostrgram and this tool. https://github.com/jeremyd/nostr-contacts

-Found the last/longest "kind":3 event in the backup from Nostrgram

-Stripped and formatted all the p tags in that line into a multi-line txt file, one pubkey per line.

-Used nostr-contact to update contacts on a couple relays
