You didn't answer the questions but I'll answer yours. The same people who "hold" other govt. alphabet agencies accountable.... The federal government so you know no one is held accountable. This is a slippery slope.

I already said previously there are parts of the bill I agree with. I said it yesterday. I also voiced my concerns with the parts I didn't agree with. We will just continue to disagree with a growing police force and increased police state and increase of over 3 trillion to the deficit.
