The shed is about 40 yards behind the house. And neighbors are even further away. Still think itll be an issue? I plan on getting a plastic enclosure.

If you don't plan to be in the shed while its running probably not, you will hear it in the shed and closely around it, but if there is distance it shouldn't be a problem. Be careful with airflow when putting it in an enclosure, they need good airflow to not overheat.
