There is a place in the Caribbean, St Thomas that has RHD cars but they drive on the left side of the road. The best place for near death experiences.

Driving on the cobblestone roads in Kosovo in a 1978 Ford diesel van with dead rear shocks and a load of bricks is the best for that kind of thing.

My mum, bless her soul, when giving navigation directions to my father would say “Turn left” which he would do.

She would then shout out, “No, the other left!” 😂
