We really need a Community Manager Nostr client. There is so much work for moderators to do. Curating is hard.

This is for the new Communities feature. Every person can create public and private groups. The post is just asking for tools to do that.

I mean request to join or invite only and maybe a "sticky" relay (that the community is restricted to a relay hosted by community members) or the use of encryption.
