Decisions are what we are. We are not our bodies, we are not our circumstances, we are the decisions we make.

Trying to restrain someone’s decision making is attempting to cage them. If you don’t respect someone’s decision making, you don’t respect them.

Amen. This is consistent with preserving an individual’s agency, the ultimate of which is protecting their own private key.

a private key is just a tool. But yes, this is consistent with preserving agency, and private keys are tools for agency.

I'd say decisions are made by who we are. So our decisions are a result of who we are. Not to confuse the 'being' by the 'doing'. The decisions we make obviously nicely reflect who we are.

Otherwise agreed!
