Trump pissed off the chinese, then the CIA used this as cover to release an obviously engineered virus from one of the labs they operate in China to stir up mahem and run intereference during the 2020 election so they could get one of their trusted assets in to start a war with russia.

Can we blame Trump for this? No, but he certainly did not have the tools to stop it.
