What is a good thing to consider when times are tough?

Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

I would add that some translations say “I can do this through Christ who strengthens me” which would mean that Paul is talking about being content in all circumstances (from the verse above). Thoughts?
